Ingrid Koehler, service innovation lead at the Local Government Information Unit (LGiU), Ben Lyons-Grose Head of Service Design & User Experience at Methods & Natasha Epstein Environmental Services Contract Manager at South London Waste Partnership and Chair of ALCO the Association of London Cleansing Officers unpick the growing interest in service design and take questions from the audience.
